1. Cancellation Eligibility
- Customers may request to cancel an order within 36 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
- If the order has already been shipped or the 36-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation will no longer be available. In such cases, customers may submit a return request after receiving the merchandise, in accordance with our website’s return process.
Orders containing customized, made-to-order, or customer-specified items cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed.
2. How to Request an Order Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, customers must complete the following steps:

3. Refund Processing
Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed promptly and transparently.
Orders canceled before shipment will be refunded within 2–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and our store.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the payment provider.
