There is no minimum purchase requirement for free shipping.

Processing Cutoff Time:
- Orders placed before 5:30 PM are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:30 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
- If an order is placed on a public holiday, processing will begin on the following business day.
Once prepared, the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may vary slightly while maintaining clear communication with customers.
- After shipment, the estimated delivery time is 6–14 business days within the United States.
Any exceptional circumstances beyond our control will be handled with due diligence.
6. Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are governed by our Order Cancellation Policy.
- Customers may request to cancel an order within 36 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
- If the order has already been shipped or the 36-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation will no longer be available. In such cases, customers may submit a return request after receiving the merchandise, in accordance with our website’s return process.
Orders containing customized, made-to-order, or customer-specified items cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy.
Customers may request a return within 40 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
- Our website does not offer direct exchanges. Due to the nature of furniture products and handling requirements, each return request is processed as an individual return.
- If customers wish to purchase a different item, a new order may be placed through our website.
- Customized, made-to-order, or customer-specific items are not eligible for return once confirmed. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage may be refused upon inspection.
A prepaid return shipping label is included inside the package upon delivery, allowing customers to conveniently return eligible items using the provided label.

Data is used solely for order management, related communications, and proper website operation.
Order-related data may be retained for administrative and legal purposes in accordance with applicable requirements.
