Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy

 

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 40 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Our website does not offer direct exchanges. Due to the nature of furniture products and handling requirements, each return request is processed as an individual return.
  • If customers wish to purchase a different item, a new order may be placed through our website.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or customer-specific items are not eligible for return once confirmed. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage may be refused upon inspection.

A prepaid return shipping label is included inside the package upon delivery, allowing customers to conveniently return eligible items using the provided label.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return request, customers must:

  • Submit a written return request via email within 40 days of receiving the item, including the order number and reason for return;

  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our store;

  • Securely package the item, preferably in its original packaging, and attach the provided return shipping label.

3. Refund Policy

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed.

For partial returns, only the value of the returned items will be refunded.

If the returned item is confirmed to be defective or not as described, all return shipping costs will be fully covered by our store.

4. Return Shipment & Inspection

Customers are responsible for ensuring the return package is shipped properly until it arrives at the address provided in the return instructions.
Using a trackable shipping service is strongly recommended.

Once the return package is received, our team will inspect the item and notify the customer of the inspection result.
